Heavy Duty Rubber Deadlifting Mats - MADE IN THE USA
These durable rubber mats are 24" x 24", are 0.75" thick and weigh 15lbs each. They will help keep the noise down and protect your plates and flooring.
Smooth on the top side with a small texture with raised circles on the bottom to prevent mold and help with noise reduction.
Mats can also be purchased as singles or in sets of 3, 6 and 8.
3 mats allow for you to stand on one and have your plates on the other two. 8 mats makes a 4x8 traditional sized deadlift platform.

Strength Co Gym Mats are BEST
I have used gym mats of various brands in my garage gym but Strength Co gym mats are the BEST among all as they are very robust and keep my garage floor safe. I have used it with heavy deadlifts and are super happy with these mats.

I’m surprised no other reviews have mentioned the odor that accompanies these mats. I wasn’t surprised they smelled after unboxing them (pretty common with gym flooring), but even after hosing them down and off-gassing them outside for 3 days, they still stunk up my entire basement. I’ve been off-gassing them for an entire week now, and they still smell awful. At this price point, I’d hoped the manufacturer would’ve done this before listing them for sale. The mats are good quality overall, though it would be nice if they could snap together - I would’ve ordered more for an entire platform of mats!

Used it for deadlifts and all much cheaper then getting a platform ... they are heavy about 15 pounds each and durable... Awesome
