Intro to Starting Strength
If you're new to the gym, start here!
Learn all of the Starting Strength lifts from a professional coach.
Learn programming (sets/reps), frequency (how many days per week), intensity (weight on the bar), and recovery basics (sleep/nutrition).
Trainees that have completed an intro class are welcome to join group training sessions.
Max capacity: 3 trainees.
Starting Strength With a Coach
At The Strength Co., we offer small private classes in order to provide trainees with affordable one-on-one coaching. Includes: technique, programming, and general recovery guidelines.
$300 per month
(as low as $25/session)
Prerequisite: Completion of “Intro to Starting Strength”
Stop waiting for a power-rack at a commercial gym. Pre-book a rack at The Strength Co. and come train when it fits your schedule.
$100 per month
(as low as $8/session)
Prerequisites: Completion of “Intro to Starting Strength,” at least one-month of coached training, and the successful completion of written exam (gym rules and safety)
Max capacity: 7 trainees
